Welcome to Steerpath Smart Office. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Steerpath Smart Office mobile and web applications (the “App”), provided by Steerpath Oy (“Steerpath,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Purpose of the Application
Steerpath Smart Office is a workplace experience platform designed to help you navigate your office, book workstations and meeting rooms, locate colleagues (subject to privacy settings), and access office-related information. The App is provided to you as a tool to enhance your workplace efficiency and collaboration.
2. Eligibility and Onboarding
Access to the App is granted to you as an employee, contractor, or authorized guest of your employer (the “Company”). To use the App, you must complete the onboarding process and authenticate using the credentials provided or authorized by your Company.
3. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. The use of this App involves the processing of certain personal data (such as your name, email, and real-time indoor location if enabled).

Company Policy: Your use of the App is also subject to your Company’s internal IT and privacy policies.
Location Services: To provide indoor navigation and "find my colleague" features, the App may require access to your device’s location services. You may manage these permissions within the App or your device settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and your Company’s internal policies. You shall not:
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt any parts of the App or its related systems.
Use the App to harass, stalk, or harm other individuals.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including software, design, maps, and trademarks, are and will remain the exclusive property of Steerpath and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your professional use within the Company.
6. Disclaimers
Service Availability: While we strive for 24/7 availability, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available or error-free. Maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
Accuracy of Information: Maps and room availability are provided for convenience. While we aim for high accuracy, Steerpath is not responsible for discrepancies between the App’s data and the physical office environment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steerpath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
8. Termination
Your access to the App may be suspended or terminated if:
You cease to be an employee or authorized user of the Company.
You violate these Terms.
The agreement between Steerpath and your Company is terminated.
9. Changes to Terms
Steerpath reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the App or through your Company. Continued use of the App following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If you encounter technical issues or have questions regarding the App, please contact your Company’s IT support desk or refer to the "Help" section within the App.
