Objectives for the new office

MTV moved into a new HQ - with a focus on sharing resources efficiently and the ability to support hybrid working. Target was to make it easy for teams to collaborate at the office in a modern hybrid working model. Meeting rooms and ad-hoc work and collaboration spaces should be easily shared between the teams.

MTV has implemented changes in the workplace based on data collected by Steerpath service during the first 6 months of using the system. The objective data given by the system about space utilisation and hybrid working patterns helps to ensure the workspace is meeting the needs of modern hybrid working practises and needs of the teams.
