BDO new hQ smart office project
BDO launched their new HQ in downtown Helsinki in August 2024. New office is based on modern workspace design with flexible seating and variety of support spaces from meeting rooms to focus booths.
BDO used Steerpath in supporting their employees move in to this new office and support collaboration and co-operation in highly mobile work environment.

Successful Onboarding
New BDO HQ opened after summer vacation season. Getting started with the new premises can be a hassle so Steerpath and BDO office & HR team joined forces with the onboarding of employees on their first day at the office. Steerpath held training sessions for employees arriving in the morning to collect their keys and welcome package for the new office. This made it easy for every employee to learn how flex seating, weekplans and meeting room bookings work and get a running start into the new office!
Steerpath team provided BDO with digital signage material for support material & communication for employee engagement over the crucial first weeks of new office usage.
Effective use of occupancy sensors
BDO implemented occupancy sensors to achieve real-time visibility of space availability and accurately assess the utilization of various resources within their office environment. This technology allowed BDO to monitor which areas were frequently used and which remained underutilized, enabling them to gather precise data on space utilization patterns across the organization.
