M-Files wanted to leverage their new activity based office to its maximum potential by making it easy to find all types of spaces based on their current availability. Steerpath helped to achieve this by connecting availability of meeting rooms from outlook and sensor availability from desks and adhoc spaces into one 3D floorplan available to employees via digital signage, mobile apps and browser.
M-Files Found better alternative to desk booking
Collaboration with M-Files and Steerpath started when M-Files was looking for a desk booking solution for their new headquarters. After consulting with Steerpath team M-Files decided that capacity booking and supporting social reasons for visiting the office were more important than adding additional chores for employees to do before being allowed to use the office.
