Integration settings of a Point of Interest
In the Map Editor all bookable resources (desks, meeting rooms etc.) have a POI (point of interest).
The integration data can be found in the POI attributes under the integrations section.
In the Map Editor you can manage the resource's email address, capacity, resource type and catering email (optional).
Calendar reference: this is the resource's email address.
Capacity: define the capacity for the bookable resource. This will be visible in the Smart Office app.
Week planner capacity: no effect on capacity as shown in the app's resource booking. The setting is only mentioned here as it is listed under integrations.
Resource type: there are some preset values in the drop-down menu. All of these preset options have a translation built in. If a custom value is added it will listed in the app (see the picture below) as defined here regardless of the app language selection. Currently, it is not possible to add translations to custom values.
Catering email (optional): After confirming the booking users can do a "catering order" in the app. This value defines to which address will the order be sent.
Make bookable: Add integration by selecting the “Make Bookable” button.
Select the correct integrationType and add the email address again as the integrationRef.
Tagging a room bookable
In addition to the integrations setup earlier. All bookable POIs need to include the tag bookable as well. Note that there can be other tags as well.
Meeting room amenities (equipment)
You can edit the listed bookable resource amenities (equipment) as shown in the app in POI attributes under the amenities section. Selected amenities are highlighted in blue. You can also add new custom amenities by writing it in the open field where it says new amenities and then clicking the plus icon next to it. Note that custom amenities don't have translations to different languages so they will appear as defined here in all languages.
