You can set up specific users to be able to see who has booked the resource in the app. In order to do this you will need admin access to Microsoft 365 admin center to manage your bookable resources there. Each bookable resource needs to be configured separately for each specific user(s).
Set up Microsoft
Navigate to Microsoft 365 admin center. Under “Resources“ select “Rooms & equipment“. This will open a list of all of your bookable resources. Click on the resource you want to set up, to open up the menu. In the resource’s details, edit “Delegates” and add the user’s email who you want to give rights to see who has booked the resource.
Do this for each user and each bookable resource separately.
See who booked the resource in the app
Open up to room details in the app by selecting it on the map. Open up the booking details and open the resource’s calendar. Now you can see the email address of the user who has booked the resource. Note that this will only be visible to users who have been assigned as a delegates for that specific bookable room resource in Microsoft 365 admin center.
